This page explains what information Liv May Nails collects when you book an appointment, and how it's used.
What we collect
When you book a set, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and a record of your booking history (what you booked, when, and any notes attached to the appointment).
Why we collect it
This information is used to schedule and manage your appointments, and to send you appointment-related texts and emails — confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups. We don't use it for anything beyond running the booking side of the business.
We don't sell your data
Your information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Google Calendar
Liv May Nails uses Google Calendar to keep track of appointments. The Google Calendar access we request is used only to create, update, and remove events on the business owner's own calendar when a booking is made, changed, or cancelled — it is never used to read, modify, or share any other calendar, and it is never used to access anyone else's Google account data.
Requesting deletion
If you'd like your information deleted, email hello@livmaynails.com and we'll remove your records, aside from anything we're required to keep for legal or accounting reasons.
